February Blog: Embracing New Horizons In The Studio

The start of 2025 has been a period of rejuvenation and exploration in my studio. Inspired by the retrospective nature of 'Thrum,' I've been revisiting some of my earlier themes, infusing them with fresh perspectives. One area that has particularly captivated me is the interplay between light and color, and how subtle shifts can evoke different emotions. This month, I've been experimenting with larger canvases, allowing for more expansive expressions of movement and rhythm. The process has been both challenging and rewarding, pushing me to step outside my comfort zone. As I continue this journey, I am reminded of the endless possibilities that abstraction offers and the joy that comes from continual discovery.
